Mobilus is SaaS software that simplifies the lives of thousands of people in the management of home delivery medication. With a growing demand for our services, we are looking to expand our customer relations team with the hiring of a Customer Success Agent.


As a Customer Success Agent, you’ll be in charge of integrating our new customers in order to implement our solution into their organizations. You will also be responsible for answering to support requests from our existing customers through different communication channels (25% of the task).

Your daily tasks will be:

  • Plan integration steps with new customers

  • Perform videoconference trainings of new customers and assist them during first days of use

  • Answer customer inquiries by phone, e-mail or chat and perform first level troubleshooting

  • Finally, depending on your skills and interests, you will have multiple opportunities to be involved in various challenges such as: developing training tools or various marketing initiatives.


Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Relevant university degree is highly preferred or professional experience

  • Perfect (native) bilingualism is strongly preferred

  • Experience in customer service for 3 years or more

  • Great ease with technological tools

  • Proactive and responsive to the development of current skills


It’s a Plus, if you have:

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in creating training materials

  • Experience in inbound or outbound calls
